COVID-19 UPDATE

At this time Bramble Body Shop will remain open daily with normal office hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm and towing. We are taking special precautions due to COVID-19 to ensure the safety of our customers and employees. When a vehicle is dropped off for repairs we are using disinfectant wipes to wipe down the door handles, steering wheel, dash, door panels, etc. Our estimators will also be wearing gloves when they take pictures and assess the damage on each vehicle that comes in for a new estimate. When the repairs are completed we will wash and vacuum the vehicles as usual and also wipe them down with disinfectant wipes again. We are committed to the safety of all involved in the estimating and repair process. If you can, please call ahead at 410-822-5551 to let us know you will be coming in for an estimate. As always, we appreciate all of our customers for trusting us with your vehicles!


Bramble Body Shop and our suppliers will remain open during these trying times. As stated in our previous post we are taking special safety precautions and are committed to keeping our employees and customers safe. If you would like to stop by for an estimate but prefer to not come in the office, please give us a call when you arrive and we would be happy to come out and assist without you having to get out of your vehicle. We are also available to pick up and deliver vehicles for repairs within reason so you do not have to leave your house. If any of our senior customers are in need of groceries, etc. please give us a call and we would be happy to assist in any way we can. Again, we would like to thank everyone for their continued business and support.

As an essential business, Bramble Body Shop will continue to remain open for estimates, repairs and towing.  However, to continue to protect our employees and customers during this pandemic, we will be making some temporary adjustments to our customer service.  First, our lobby will now be closed to the general public.  Instead, we will be implementing more of a curb side service by meeting our customers in the parking lot. To do this, we are asking customers to call 410-822-5551 upon arrival so that a staff member can meet them in the parking lot to address their needs.  This will limit contact and allow for greater social distancing.  In addition, we are also offering free pick-up and delivery of vehicles both before and after repairs so that customers do not need to leave their homes.  As always, we truly appreciate the support of our customers and community during these trying times.
